Our work is diverse but is unified by the collaborative process that is almost always involved in its creation.  Everybody on the team has a voice, especially the client. More particularly, the work represents designs that emphasize the user experience, because we care about people being able to successfully conduct their activities in the places we design. We care about making buildings and interiors that are beautiful and visually stimulating. We care making our designs budget-responsive and constructible, and fit for long-term use.

Interior Fit Out-Restaurant: Tiger Bar and Grill *

• Re-use of historic photos from the University to create a visual connection for the members.
• Dark wood tones and detailing recall the fit and finishes of the historic eating clubs on campus.
• Woodrow Wilson Dining Room – White table cloth environment provides a fine dining experience while being serviced from the same kitchen as the bar and grille.
• Working fire place, coffered ceiling, custom light fixtures.
• 4th Floor Conference Rooms designed to incorporate access to an existing roof terrace.
• New illuminated ceiling provides glare-free lighting and multiple scene set capability.
• 5th floor hotel guest rooms modernized and refurbished to a “mid-market” price point.
