Our work is diverse but is unified by the collaborative process that is almost always involved in its creation.  Everybody on the team has a voice, especially the client. More particularly, the work represents designs that emphasize the user experience, because we care about people being able to successfully conduct their activities in the places we design. We care about making buildings and interiors that are beautiful and visually stimulating. We care making our designs budget-responsive and constructible, and fit for long-term use.

Raritan Valley Community College

Raritan Valley Community College, North Branch, NJ - New Student Center Addition

New student center addition; 21,000 SF.  Project was awarded upon winning an invited design competition.  Building was located adjacent to the existing gymnasium and utilized some of its structure as part of the design approach.  Building provides facilities for student club meeting space, lounge and game areas, and conference/special event space on the third floor.

Building has a high sustainable design program and achieved LEED Gold certification.  Special features include a grey water capture system, daylight harvesting system, centralized heating and cooling, and interior finish with high recycled content and rapidly renewable materials.

Completed in 2014.
